Villa Olive is a detached vacation rental property located in Gerani, Crete. Villa Olive can sleep up to 8 people (7 adults and 1 child) with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. The main living area is set over 2 floors (with an additional basement, at pool level, that is empty and not used). On the main, you enter the villa via the modernly equipped living room with adjoining kitchen and shower room. Additionally on this floor there is a double bedroom. Beautiful terraces surround the villa providing the most amazing views over the Aegean Sea.Stairs lead up to the 1st floor where there are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) as well as a large bathroom. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
