After several years in short-term lease as owners, as our family owns 2 of the largest villas in Crete, we decided to start our own BnB property management company, CreteRental. The rental price includes, air-conditioning, assistance 24/7 and unlimited Wi-Fi internet. Set in an idyllic location, above the famous seaside resorts of Lygaria and Agia Pelagia, offering the most breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Ourania is set to impress. This huge 9-bedroomed villa, able to sleep up to 20/24 guests, with stylish interiors, extensive gardens and a newly added private pool, is a superb example of Greek hospitality. The grounds surrounding the villa offer total privacy to the property, with no other houses overlooking, therefore are the perfect retreat for large groups looking for a relaxing holiday under the Cretan sun. It is composed by the main house (9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen) and an annex (2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 kitchen with living area), rented together for a total of 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Together with the sofabeds, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests (19-20 in beds, 3 in sofa beds and we can also add extra folding beds if needed). Villa Ourania supports “SAVE THE PLANET” movement, so we take care of hygiene rules while maintaining our ecological action as follows. Villa Orania is locted in Ligaria, on a top of a hill, just 2 km away from the center of the resort and the closer beach, which is sandy with crystal clear waters. Agia Pelagia is also very close, about 5 km. In the area there are plenty of activities that you can enjoy such as water spots, boat trips, scuba diving, quad safari e.t.c Heraklion city, the capital of Crete is only 18km away. There are thousands of restaurants, bars and some of the most important museums and archaeological sites on the island.
