The house is located uphill, giving the advantage of a great seaview and a quiet location to relax. The beach is 250m away from the house, ~3min on foot. Free WiFi all through house, flat-screen TVs and air-conditioning (cooling - heating) in every room are exclusive privileges for your absolute coziness! The basic capacity of the house is up to 7 people. Available 2 baby cots. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with flat-screen TV (Netflix, Disney+), dining area with a piano, office desk & bookcase, wc. On the 1st floor there is a washing machine and iron, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a living room in the hall with a sofa bed. Wonderful terraces to enjoy, every hour of the day, your breakfast or an afternoon coffee, watching the glorious sunset... It is just a 3-minute walk from the nearest beach (Kritikos beach). Just a 3-minute walk away, also, is the nearest bus stop to OASA bus and KTEL Attikis ("Iridos" stop on Athens-Sounio Avenue), where frequent buses run, especially in the summer season, with direct destinations to Athens (Acropolis, Museums and more) or Sounio (Temple of Poseidon) and of course the intermediate stops on the stunning beaches of Agia Marina as well as Lagonissi, Saronida and so many others on your way to Sounio, a beach for every taste. We provide bus schedules (OASA, KTEL), recommend useful transportation apps at the accommodation and we are also very pleased to help you answering any questions asked. But, even if anything you need (i.e. supermarket, pharmacy, snack bar, bakery, beach bar, taverns) is within a kilometre away, for your convenience, we would HIGHLY recommend RENTING A CAR as it is the best way of transportation in the area. Tour transportation can also be arranged to any destination. Piraeus is 24 km from Villa "Eva", while the magnificent Aegina is visible from our veranda, only 39 km away. Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is only 16 km from the accommodation approx. 15-19 min by car or taxi and Lavrio about 30 km away.
