My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. Property information

Stone built Villa Rodanthi rests peacefully on a hillside, surrounded by nature, indulgent in its privacy and panorama of turquoise hues of the sea and burnt orange sunsets. A harmony between old and new, wide stone walls and original beamed ceilings characterfully blend with modern facilities. A grand terrace boasts the 120 sqm pool with inbuilt jacuzzi and a glorious, golden sandy beach sweeps along the coastline below. Local amenities are but a short car ride away and tavernas and beach bars are at your disposal. With 5 double bedrooms, the villa sleeps 10 comfortably. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located just outside of Episkopi village, 15kms west of Rethymno town. The village of Episkopi offers a mini market and a couple of local tavernas. Further amenities can be found in the area of Kavros, just 6kms west of the villa or in Rethymno town which offers an array of facilities and large supermarkets. Long sandy beaches, beach bars and tavernas can all be found along the coastline, just below the villa. Surrounded by beautiful landscape, there are many lovely local areas to explore and being so close to the national highway makes discovering Crete that much easier.
