Villa Saridakis is located in the picturesque village of Roussospiti. This villa is a three storey construction, covers 240 sp. m. and can accommodate up to 11 guests. This built stone villa has large garden, a a private swimming pool, a special children's pool and bbq facilities. Additionally this villa features 5 bedrooms, two of them are located on the ground floor, one on the first floor and the two remaining at the attic. Property Notes: Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner. Towels, pool towels, linens, covers and blankets provided. Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week. Pool and garden cleaning twice per week. Baby cot and high chair available. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area is included. Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the villa. Free Parking space inside the villa area. All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, two smart TVs ( one in the living room 43'' -and one in the outdoor covered area 43'', Xbox Console, CD and DVD players, large fridge with freezer, electric stove, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, coffee maker and espresso machine, food processor and juice maker. Roussospiti is situated 6 Kms away from the city of Rethymnon, located on the slope of Vrisinas mountain, at 300 meters altitude and it has about 370 residents. It is known as “the balcony of Rethymno” thanks to its marvellous view of the area, the sea and famous White Mountains! Roussospiti is the place most suitable place to totally relax and enjoy the stunning views of the area, as well as the nature! It’s ideal for walking, cycling and revitalising! It’s a vibrant village with a playground, two tavernas, a traditional cafe and a mini market! All within walking distance! Through a scenic drive in the countryside you’ll be arriving at the village of Roussospiti, which has been classified as a preserved and traditional heritage site of great cultural value. Roussospiti was built around the 12th century by the Venetians, as evidenced by the Venetian buildings of the village (arches, gates). In the village with magnificent views of the Cretan Sea there are many sights of great value. There is a Fountain dating back to the 17th century. The Italian archaeologist Guseppe Gerola has described it as "graceful", a characterisation, which, on a closer look, one must agree with.
