The +1 bedroom shares a bathroom with the main living areas. The upper floor offers two elegantly designed bedrooms that share a bathroom, creating a cozy and practical space for guests. Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the ground floor living room is a covered patio with a pergola, featuring built-in seating and a dining table.
