Villa Sevdas is a villa located in a private land of 2,500 sq.m, on the village of Perama, 4 km away from the well known beaches of Panormo village.It is furnished in a combination of romantic and traditional touches and can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary!The unique benefits of Villa Sevdas are: - Outstanding panoramic sea and mountain views from the balconies.  - The location, as the villa is situated 4 km away from the beach while being close to Panormo where you can go by foot and you can find super markets, restaurants and a variety of other amenities. It is also an ideal base for those wishing to make excursions as it is close to the national road in the centre of Crete.

Hello! My name is Vaso and me and my family we are the owners of the villa Sevdas! The villa was built in 2000 and renovated in 2016 for the needs of our guests. This house has been covering all the years the love and the unity of my family, since all four of my children were born in it! For this reason we gave to the villa the name of Sevdas which means love, since only love, peace and tranquility can inspire! Me personally and my family, will take care of all the details of your holiday 7 days per week responsible for your day to day needs – from special dietary requirements to making recommendations and reservations! Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to arrange all details regarding your stay! Your flight details and telephone number would be very much appreciated, in case I need to contact you! Also, please let me know if you have any special requests! At your arrival day, I will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area!

The area is totally quiet offering both sea and mountain views from the surrounding area till the sea. The beach where you can easily go is only 4 km away while lively areas where you can find a variety of shops, taverns and supermarkets are 4 km away. The storey villa was constructed in 2000 and totally renovated in 2016 in order to be a perfect holiday home for our guests! In the village of Perama situated the villa you can find supermarkets,restaurants and a variety of other amenities. - Very near to the numerous sandy beaches on the North coast.   - Designed for both families and groups of friends. - Our hospitality who will be on hand for advice and information if need be Is well-suited to either a couple seeking privacy or a family holiday, close to lively city of Rethymno on the island of Crete in Greece! For those wishing to discover the island, Villa Babis is situated in a strategic location, not far from tourist attractions and various activities including water sports, scuba diving and snorkelling!
