A peaceful retreat offering a seemingly endless sandy beach with a few tavernas serving local specialities. The lake provides a safe haven for many rare bird species and this area has generally escaped the ravages of tourism. Apart from the main Prasoudi beach, other sandy coves such as Skidi, Kanouli and Prasoudi offer a quiet spot for sunbathing and the swimming is excellent. Despite its peaceful seclusion, Chalikouna is just an easy drive of 8 kms from the popular beach resort of Agios Georgios (south) and 6 kms from the busy night life in Messonghi and Moraitika.
The beach front villa Sofia is full air conditioning, The swimming pool is 66qm. A hire car is a key ingredient in allowing you to enjoy fully the freedom of a villa holiday.
