A large well appointed house with stunning views of the bay and St Nikolaos Lighthouse. The property is situated close (5 mins walk) to Gialiskari Beach - one of the best beaches on the island with an excellent beach bar - and 5 mins to Vourkari - a small fishing port full of bars, shops, restaurants. It is amongst other houses but it has unparalleled views of the bay and the lighthouse opposite from nearly every room. For larger groups it can be linked to the apartment below the house which sleeps a further 8/9. "Apartment St Nikolaos View"
We are a professional couple with strong Greek and Kea connections. We live in the main part of the house for some of the year with our daughter and two labradors and in the UK for the rest of the year.
IT is a very quiet neighbourhood and the property is situated on a dead end road amongst other houses but once within the property it is very private as all front facing with views to the bay.
