Villa Stone Thromila is a 200 sq. m. residence situated in the southern coastal area of Souda in Rethymno prefecture. The villa is located only 2 km away from the organised sandy beach of Souda and 1.2 km away from the unorganised Fotinari Beach.The villa is the best choice for big families, as it is actually consisted of two independent areas, that you can rent as one, offering privacy within your group. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your own personal space for you and your family at the same time. Each three storey house is furnished in a modern and minimal style and they have the same layout, accommodating 10 guests in beds and up to 11 if necessary. This means you will stay in a villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 indoor dining areas, 3 outdoor dining areas, 5 bedrooms and 2 attics, 4 bathrooms, having enough space and facilities for everyone. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The Villa is located on a hill between the traditional village of Sellia and the well known seafront village of Plakias. At Plakias town 3km away, you can find several tavernas, shops and daily amenities such as : Closest beach is Fotinari Beach 1.2 km (unorganised beach). The closest organised beach of Souda is only 2 km away. Also, you might find all the necessary shops in the areas such as: Super market: 3 km, Bakery: 2.9 km ,Butcher: 2.9 km, Fresh fish: 2.8 km ,Pharmacy: 3 km, Tavern or restaurant: 2 km (You have many more choices for restaurants and tavernas in Plakias village within 3km).
