Make a gift to yourself and your loved ones, some amazing holidays in a neoclassical spacious villa, the Villa Sunshine. A lot of amenities in a luxury and bright environment to break the routine and relax. The villa consist 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Open plan lounge, living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The inside is neoclassical. The space is fully air-conditioned from every bedroom in living room and dining room. The building is fully fenced. There is a mini market in walking distance, and a variety super market, meat market and a pharmacy in 1km distance from the villa. The villa is located 3km from Zakynthos town in Gaitani area. It is very close to the center of the town, also close to the airport. In addition a lot of famous beaches are near by like Tsilivi, Laganas, Argassi, Krioneri. The owners live on site at the ground floor apartment that they have modified so that the guests of the villa can enjoy maximum privacy.
