The Villa Thalassa is only a few meters from the beach of Kalamaki and can accommodate up to 6 people. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi (warm water), and a veranda, it is ideal for families, small groups, or 2 couples.
The villa is on the right side of the village on an unused path that guarantees a quiet atmosphere, yet within walking distance of the mini-market, cafes, taverns, and only a short drive from the archaeological sites such as Phaistos and commos removed.
The space
The Villa Thalassa was only completed this year on September 1st, 2020, and is, therefore, brand new!
The stone house offers a naturally fresh atmosphere inside, even when it's hot outside so that you feel right at home.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom with a shower.
The other bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning, which makes it cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the cold months. Both rooms have TV and blackout blinds.
In the living area, there are two sofa beds on which additional guests can sleep, so that a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated.
From the living area, you can see through to the veranda with the jacuzzi and there is a large flat-screen TV.
In the kitchen area, there is a large table where everyone can find space to eat together or to play and work.
From here you can also look through the large glass front onto the veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook.
There is also a large table on the veranda, there are 2 sun loungers and 2 large parasols that provide shade. The Jacuzzi is open from Mai on, the water gets cleaned once a day automatically and it is not warmed up, so it might be a bit fresh.
The Villa Thalassa is part of three units:
The Villa is located on the ground floor, the SUITE Thalassa is upstairs, and the Bungalow Thalassa in located about 60 meters in front.
