Start your day with a morning coffee on the balcony, looking over the sea and savoring the sea breeze. Relax in the sun loungers under the umbrellas or the shadow of the palms trees and olive trees or prepare your own meals at the barbeque. Guests have at their disposal all the areas of the villa, the private garden with the sun loungers and the barbeque facilities as shown in the photos. There are no shared areas in the premises. A member of our family stays on the lower floor to tender the garden and cater your needs without having contact with the guests.

Villa The Cosy Olive is situated in Latoura Bay, in the peninsula of Sithonia, and is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The fishing village Ormos Panagias, with its traditional taverns and a mini market, is about 450m away. From there, you may also book a daily cruise to Mt. Athos. You can take a swim in the bay, visit the nearby beautiful beaches or rent a boat and explore the island complex of Diaporos.
