The contemporary villa Thea , the Greek word for view and scenery , offers amazing views to the sparkling blue of the Lybian Sea. Perched on the hillside this luxury home combines finesse with modern details. Once arrived on location you immediately feel its unique sense of luxury, serenity and tranquility. On a total size of 250 m² the indoor living space and the various outdoor terraces and chill out areas guarantee plenty of space and privacy. You will get spacious dwellings with high ceilings and big views.
The villa is divided across two levels. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the modern appliances. The 120 m2 indoor living space on the ground floor is made with a nice balcony door to enjoy the panoramic sea sights from inside. A large bedroom with sea view and ensuite bathroom with bathtub is located on the ground floor. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is available next to this gorgeous bedroom. On this level you can also find a lovely three seater, a flat screen TV, dining table with according comfortable chairs and the washing machine in the storage room.
