The 270 sq. m. Villa Thealassa, proudly set on a 4100 sq.m. plot over the sea, seems like it came out of a fairytale! Its privileged location offers panoramic views of Souda Bay and the White Mountains, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Cretan sea. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in beds and up to 9 if necessary. Villa Thealassa is a ground floor Villa, making your everyday life as easy as possible. Entering the hallway, you will find yourselves in a spacious, open plan area, filled with light. The hallway provides a beautiful wooden desk and direct access to the veranda and one of the outdoor dining areas. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Thealassa is surrounded by various trees and flowers and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. The whole area enjoys magnificent sea views! More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 60 sq. m. private swimming pool. - Pool terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue. - Shaded, big outdoor dining area for all guests. - Shaded pergola with armchairs and sofas for relaxing by the pool. - A ping pong table and football nets are at the disposal of our young guests. - Parking space for many cars. - The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. - Large, lawn covered garden and a wonderful garden filled with fruit bearing trees, such as lemons, oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, pears and walnuts. A vegetable garden with herbs is also available and our guests can also taste all of them if they wish. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. The closest living area is the village of Kounipidiana where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 3 km away. Close to the villa you will find several sandy beaches that you should visit. The most popular ones are Kalathas beach and Marathi beach which is ideal for families with children. The location of the villa is ideal for one more reason: its 10 minutes proximity to the main national road, thus making excursions around Crete a very easy thing to do. It is beyond any doubt that our villa combines both unique privacy but also easy access to facilities and places, offering a rare luxury to shape your holidays just the way you like. Regarding Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests. In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 8,5 km away and offers unique facilities.
