Overlooking the Aegean Sea, Villa Tina provides a serene retreat for recharging in Crete. The Grecian holiday home is perched on a hillside on the outskirts of the village of Maroulas situated on the heights above Rethymno offering panoramic views. The 290 m2 villa is spread throughout three floors, all with elevator access, and accommodates 10 guests in beds. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is situated in the outskirts of Maroulas, a quiet village surrounded by greenery and full of Venetian characteristics. The village attracts many painters and photographers with its numerous themes; narrow alleys, old doors, door knobs, stone mosaics. Maroulas reveals itself through a maze of alleys where visitors can stroll and discover. The villa is located in the outskirts of Rethymno city only 7 km away from the center. Rethymno centre offers a variety of shops (supermarkets, fishmongers, butcher shops, bakeries) as well as highly acclaimed restaurants, numerous cafes, pastry shops, ice cream shops and more. In Rethymno you may also visit the magnificent old town, the Venetian harbour, the museum and the venetian castle “Fortezza” which is the trademark of the city. At the Adelianos Kampos area which is near the villa you will also find options for eating, shopping, entertainment and activities such kart tracks. Next to Adelianos Kampos and before the town of Rethymno, you will find the touristic area of Platanias, where you can find shops, restaurants, beach bars, clubs, supermarkets and everything else that you might need!
