On the edge of the village of Karavados, 2 kms inland from pretty St Thomas Beach, Villa Yianna has light and spacious accommodation laid out over two floors and is ideal for couples or a small family. The jewel of this smart two bedroom villa is the absorbing sea and mountain views from the terraces and balconies. It is no more than a few minutes’ walk to a convenient minimarket and a taverna.

Little villages dot the hillsides between the mountains and the sea and there is an excellent choice of tavernas to be found with a little exploration. There are also many small beaches to discover in this area all with soft gently shelving sand. Argostoli itself is an easy 15 mins drive and worth the trip for a walk along the harbour side and a little window shopping. The leafy square is a great place to stop for a coffee at one of the cafes and there are some excellent tavernas around the town.
