Villa Yucca Palm is a detached modern Villa with a large swimming pool and ample gardens.
The Villa is a short distance to the beach and has wonderful and spectacular mountains views.
The Villa comes complete with a full sized kitchen and an outside BBQ.
Situated in the Village of Roumeli about 20 minutes from Rethymo or about 5 minutes to the beach by car. Alternatively the provincial town of Perama is about 10 minutes away by car.
The village has Tavernas and a couple of supermarkets.
