A one-of-a-kind 1950's Villa with a mesmerizing garden and glass pool, located in Glyfada's most luxurious and serene neighborhood, just 300 m. from Glyfada's beach! At "VILLA 1951" you will have the opportunity to experience what it feels like to stay in a stylish & historic accommodation that offers everything a guest might dream of. An ideal neighborhood to enjoy the beach, but also near Glyfada's Center(1.1 km), with the famous shops, restaurants, and cafes of the Athenian Riviera! We are so excited as Super Hosts to be presenting our newest project!The newly renovated VILLA 1951 in Glyfada, is truly a one-of-a-kind property and accommodation which was built originally in 1951.Each floor has a large living room and dining room for 8 guests (16 guests in total), two large bedrooms with King-size beds and one smaller bedroom with a double bed. Each floor has one large bathroom with a bathtub and one smaller bathroom with a shower. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is also found on each level of the property. VILLA 1951 is found on a 500 sq. meter (5,380 sq. feet) privately owned, mesmerizing garden. In the back garden, the pool is located.

Personal safety is our number one priority for our guests but also for us as hosts, for our country and the world in general. We know that each person is playing a critical role in controlling the pandemic, and we have made the strategic decision to invest in doing the maximum in order to ensure everyone's safety. More specifically: New cleaning procedures: 1. Complete sterilization and purification of every interior (and exterior) area and of every item and surface of our villa (including windows and shutters, door-knobs, kitchen cabinets, all utilities and equipment, decoration etc.) 2. Any surface that cannot be sterilized due to the material of the surface (couches /headboards) custom made duvets have been put in place, that are washed in very high temperatures and sterilized at every check-out. 3. Linens, towels, and duvets are professionally handled, washed, and sterilized following specific procedures. 4. We allow for one full day between check-outs and check-ins in order to have enough time for our new cleaning protocol. All of the furniture and art of VILLA 1951, as well as the equipment, is new and picked specifically to suit our property. Each room has its specific colors based on their original flooring, mosaics and character.We are proud to offer the internationally renowned Coco-Mat mattresses in all of our beds so that we can guarantee a perfect night's sleep to our guests!Easy to access Wi-Fi, Nespresso Coffee machine, modern dishwasher and washing machine, and the latest technology air-conditioning will make your stay as comfortable as possible!The two-floor Villa is designed and equipped in a way that can operate as one 250 sq. m.
