Our property consists of four villas giving to great gardens on two levels and a huge swimming pool (23m long, 10m width) with lawn around and big old trees. The whole complex is surrounded by a 3m high old stone wall assuring privacy and safety ideal for families with kids. The authenticity of the place and the superb view to Vassiliki bay make it unique for an unforgetable holiday. Guests may have breakfast and lunch/diner on the private marble tables in the fairy garden. Exclusively for our guests the private parking is controlled by CCTV cameras.

Our villas are situated at Syvros, a picturesque green village in south Lefkada well renowed for its water springs, streams and waterfalls, overlooking a lush valley and Vassiliki bay. The Karoucha cave is a must as well as Kerasia and Daphni springs and the old watermill. Trail paths through the recently cleared classic route are revived by the local cultural club. The olive museum “Fabbrica” is the place to be for olive oil lovers. It is part of the property and free to visit for our guests. Taverns in the village offer local traditional dishes within walking distance from the villas.
