Across the cape, on the island of Agios Nikolaos, seabirds nest, offering opportunities for birdwatching enthusiasts. Moreover, at Spasmata Beach, kayak excursions are organized. Along the narrow rural pathways and coastal areas, wildflowers bloom in spring, representing the island's rich flora.
