Enjoy a peaceful stay, surrounded by cozy bakeries and shops, all within walking distance.

Nestled in one of Athens' safest and most beautiful neighborhoods, my home will offer you the perfect blend of city and seaside living. Located just 10 minutes from both Syntagma (the vibrant city center) and Floisvos (the serene seaside), this spacious 5th-floor apartment lets you experience the best of Athens. Enjoy a peaceful stay, surrounded by cozy bakeries and shops, all within walking distance.THe apartment is in 5' walk from the Tram station . The Stop name is Evangelical school. It's very easy and convenient to go around in the City Center or beach side. Other things to note: Emergency Numbers in Greece Police:100 Ambulance Service:166 Fire Department:199 Tourist Police: 171 Coast Guard:108 European Emergency Number:112 (operates alongside local numbers) As for parking spaces, you can park on both sides of the road and it is free. After 11:00 p.m, please don't make loud noises that will affect other neighbors to rest.
