This contemporary beachfront villa is in a unique estate in Kalives beach, Sithonia, literally just a few steps from the sea… Windmill Villa provides quality, private and comfortable residence offering superb views of the sea, making it a great choice for relaxing holidays. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (adults and children), on three levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor). Its spacious interior is 210 sq. meters and on its surrounding area, guests can enjoy a beautiful private 2300 m² landscaped garden, with olive trees, oleanders and numerous spots to relax with their family and friends.
Hello there! We are Litsiana and Dimitris, we are siblings and recently we decided to renovate and transform our summer house in a contemporary beachfront villa. An old windmill standing just 100 meters from the property gave us the idea for the name "Windmill Villa". Our villa is ideal for families and groups of friends that want to enjoy the sea, their privacy and have a relaxing holiday in Chalkidiki. The villa is just a 40-minute drive from Thessaloniki International airport, and is located in the beautiful and picturesque Kalyves beach, an optimal starting point for visiting other parts of Chalkidiki. We are looking forward to welcoming you at Windmill Villa and make it your base for a wonderful holiday.
Sithonia is a peninsula of Halkidiki (or Chalkidiki). Gulfs that surround the peninsula are the Singitic Gulf to the east and the Toronean Gulf to the west. The mountain Itamos or Dragoudelis is in the center of the peninsula. Amongst the many places in Sithonia is the ancient city, the castle and the church of Agios Athanasios in Toroni, the windmills in Sikia and the 16th century church in Nikiti. Kalives (or Kalyves) is a sea village south of Polygyros. Its coast extends to more than 5 km and reaches down to the beach of Gerakini. The ancient city Mykiverna was in the area, which was the port of ancient Olynthos and also the old settlement Molyvopyrgos, where Windmill Villa is located!
