La Villa Atitlan is located on the shore of the Atitlan Lake, in the center of the picturesque village "San Pedro la Laguna". La Villa Atitlan offers you a special experience that is difficult to describe. An especially large suite with a well equipped kitchen and living room. Balcony on the lakeshore with a private way leading down to the lake.

Our villa is equipped with a comfortable sofa, good work surfaces, kitchen and an excellent dining area. In addition, we have made sure that the suite has a clean, private and homely atmosphere.

A private entrance to the lake with a beautiful lake view and view of the surrounding mountains from your salon.
Close to restaurants, bars, shops and everything else in the village, without the need to hire a cab.
Our guests will enjoy a fully equipped bathroom with a bath that has a strong hot water stream, comfortable beds with clean sheets and towels.
