Very simple rustic cabin, very basic, clean, and cozy with a private bathroom (no hot water, no kitchen), and street parking. Many dogs bark at night on the street, along with the roar of monkeys and the crowing of roosters.

Very simple room. If you're adventurous and nature is your thing, this is a great place to immerse yourself in it. Nothing fancy. There's a sink for hand washing, and two yoga mats. Kitchen not included. Parking outside the cabins. We don't have parking inside the house. The village dogs are always barking, but this is true throughout the village. Street dogs are a reality.
The cabin includes:
2 towels, 1 set of sheets, 2 pillows, shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Cleaning is not included during your stay.
If you don't love forests and nature, simplicity and simplicity may not be your best option.

We are located 30 minutes from the airport/Flores/bus terminal, 30 minutes from the entrance and ticket purchase to Tikal, and 45 minutes from Yaxha.
We decorate these small cabins with secondhand materials and try to reclaim things to give them a second life. Our cabins are very basic and simple. You won't find anything luxurious here, but every detail is designed with love. If you like basics and simplicity, the sound of birds, howler monkeys, and rural life, this small space is ideal.
This neighborhood is very safe, although it isn't quiet during peak season. It's a popular tourist destination for the archaeological sites. Tikal and yaxha parks , Staying in El Remate is a great option if you're visiting the archaeological sites. It boasts a dreamy lake just 3 minutes from our cabin. On the main street, you'll find a full range of shops, convenience stores, ATMs, pharmacies, restaurants, and public and pay-per-view docks. You can also book boat tours, rent bikes, take part in water activities, or walk around the neighborhood. You can take public transportation to all your destinations at the entrance to our house, just a few meters away.
