That’s the reason we’re offering our newly built house to make our guests feel like home. Our house is located in the south part of the island in Ipan Talofofo, at 3 minutes drive to Ipan beach, and about 5 minutes to Talofofo Caves. If you need a restaurant, Jack’s Pirate Cove is 3 minutes drive from the property, two minutes to Ipan beach and McKrauts restaurant about 10 minutes down the road. Inarajan natural pool is about 12 minutes drive. We have a partial view of the sunrise from our master bedroom and balcony. Our property not only offers you a sea view but also gives you a beautiful view of Talofofo hill on the west side. Our partner Dairen lives right across the street whenever you need help.
