My husband and I are originally from Vancouver, Canada. We designed and built custom homes there for years and then we vacationed in Roatan needless to say, we fell in love with the island, culture and the people here and we just kept coming back! We purchased a piece of property in 2017 and then began the design build process here. As soon as we set foot on this property we knew we could build an awesome home here. We actually grabbed a ladder to put it up against a palm tree in the front and we knew we had to have it.
Long story short, we built our dream Villas and moved to Roatan! :)

The Main Villa of Villa Topaz offers expansive Caribbean ocean views of both sides of the island! There are three amazing master suites situated throughout the Villa. Luxurious King size Layla mattresses and Brooklinen sheets, comforters, pillows and towels are waiting for your arrival. All the ensuites are luxurious, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets.
The upper floor features a large great room and upper roof deck. There is a gourmet kitchen with a stainless steel gas range, french door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a beverage fridge in the bar area. The fully stocked space includes all the amenities you need, with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. Directly outside the double sliding glass doors is the covered outdoor dining and grilling area. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill! This rooftop deck also has a lounging area with comfortable sectional and pool loungers situated next to the infinity edge pool.

Our villas are located in the island's premier community of Lighthouse Estates, a short 5 minute walk down the hill to West Bay Beach - Voted #1 beach in Central America by TripAdvisor. There are many awesome restaurants, coffee shops and beach dining options along West Bay Beach.
There is no need to rent a car if you would like to explore West Bay or West End. A short walk down the hill and you are on one of the top rated beaches in Central America! From West Bay you can hop in a water taxi to West End and spend an afternoon shopping, eating or just relaxing. Local taxi drivers and chartered buses are available if you want to continue relaxing but still explore the rest of the island!
For the more adventurous travelers a vehicle could be rented to explore all the other beautiful attractions Roatan has to offer.
