The villa is in old part of Cavtat, 200 m to beaches,150 m to restaurants, shops. Originally built in 17th century, it was renovated 6 year ago.It’s the perfect place for holiday for big families,group of 8 pax and special events, with big gardens
I'm Mia and mother of 3 children. My parents and me are the owner of the villa from 17th century. That is my grandmother's family house which was completely renovated 7 year ago and we are now the third generation who is renting that villa. We are happy family who like to travel and also meet new people. We are warm, welcome persons and we do our best to make our guests feel welcome. We are at their disposal during their stay for any enquiries and we do our best to make their holiday in out villa and its gardens unforgettable. We organize the transfer from the airport. We greet the guests at the arrival and invite them for a drink to try tradicional Dalmatian "Limoncelo". Then we explain them about the facilities in the house and we give them brochures and some info material. My parents and me are at their disposal during thier stay for any kind of enquiries or any kind of queistion or help they might have during their holiday
Villa Cavtat-Mia is set in the tranquil harbor of Cavtat,close to the beaches, restaurants and shops but it keeps it's privacy and calm. It has been restored with great care 6 years ago , beautifully converted to recreate a property of unique charm and quality. This Villa is one of the oldest buildings in the region, whose foundations contain remains of walls and ceramic originating from ancient Greek town of Epidaurum. There is bus conection every 30 minutes to Dubrovnik ( 18 km) and also every 30 minutes boat conection to old harbour of Dubrovnik. There is just 5 minutes, 5 km driving to Airport Dubrovnik, we offer free of charge transfer. There is free of charge parking place for our guests.
