The benefit of this house and its property which lies on 5000m2 of land is simply amazing as our guests will have all its privacy, surrounded only by nature, and at the same time, it is only 1.2km away from the center of the city Sibenik This modern equipped, traditional Dalmatian house offers all essentials you need including air condition unit, free WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, water kettle, toaster, BBQ etc. When you enter you will find fully equipped kitchen and dinning space with also plasma TV. The nice is sitting in front the house enjoying the pool, nature, BBQ on the fresh summer air.
I was born in this little lovely town which has so much to offer. Historical monuments, beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, restaurants with delicious domestic food, spots where popular series where filmed (ex. Game of Thrones), different kind of sports, water and recreational activities...all this motivated me to start to do rental business so I can provide tourists accommodation and chance to explore and fell in love with this town which is true pearl on Dalmatian coast which I consider still undiscovered. Highly motivated and truly in love with tourism business I saw potential in my town.
What makes this houses special is beautiful landscape. House has 135m2 and it lies on 5000m2 of private property. It is peaceful surrounding of Mediterranean nature. Our guests can enjoy full privacy, having an excellent time outdoor where they can BBQ, swim in the pool etc.
