As we love to please our guests, we decided to expand our service and put our best efforts into offering an absolute top-quality experience in gastronomy and hospitality. Our apartments have a self-check-in system and our guests will receive all the details on how to enter the apartment and garage one day before their arrival or we will welcome them upon arrival. Brand new one-bedroom apartments located in the east part of Split, nearby two largest shopping centres in Dalmatia (Mall of Split and City Centre One). The apartments are located on the fourth floor of a peaceful building. To ensure the safety of our guests as well as the building tenants, we have installed security cameras on the fourth floor. We request our guests to refrain from hosting any kind of parties or creating excessive noise during their stay. The apartments can accommodate up to 3 people and they consist of one bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), a living room with a Smart TV and a pull-out sofa for one person to sleep on, a dining area, a modern and fully equipped Dankuchen kitchen (stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the utensils you might need), a bathroom with a bathtub, washer-dryer and a hairdryer, and a large balcony with relaxing lounge set where you can enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. Each apartment has a free parking space in the garage, which is easily accessible by elevator. If you want to have an active vacation, private hours with a tennis trainer and tennis equipment are also available upon request for an extra charge. For all those travelling on business, we have an option of providing you with a company invoice (VAT included), and we have secured a stable and fast Wi-Fi. The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and it is only 2-minutes walking distance from one of the greatest shopping centres around - Mall of Split. If you find yourself in Split on a rainy day, you can spend it there, taking advantage of all the activities available. The closest supermarket is on the ground floor of the building. A 5-minute drive from the closest beach, the newly renovated beach complex ''Znjan''. If you didn’t come by car, you can take a taxi or simply walk to the closest bus station (1 minute away). The centre of the town is just 3 kilometres away. Nature lovers will enjoy the apartment's proximity to the stunning Antonicin Mlin in Zrnovnica, a location known for its amazing natural surroundings, accessible in just 11 minutes by car.
