Gostima su na raspolaganju i dvije poveće terase na istoku i zapadu na gornjem katu kao i vanjski roštilj u vrtlu. Do glavne crkve, 2 restorana, slastičarne i kafića je svega 5 minuta hoda, a do 2 samoposluge i pošte još 10tak minuta. Brodsko pristanište je 20 minuta lagane šetnje.
Domaćin je povratnik iz Australije poslije 4 desetljeća tamo. Na Silbu se doselio 2023. godine i tu je kupio ovu nekretninu te je usavršio, postavio komarice, klima uređaje i promijenio sve prozore i vrata. Bunar za vodu je drugi najveći na Silbi s oko 100m3 vode. Do plaže Sotorišće je svega 10 minuta hoda. Domaćin se bavi programiranjem u visual basic i Excelu, voli muziku od grupe the Secret Garden iz Norveške kao i svaku dobru muziku.
Friendly and religious neighbours. Numerous restaurants only 5 minutes walk to first couple of classy restaurants just near the main church.
