Absolute Beach Villa is located only a few footsteps from the beach. This luxurious villa has everything you need while away from home. It is suitable up to 10 people. The villa features 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 5 bathrooms with a bath or shower. The pool is seasonal and there is a safety fence. The upper floors of the villa are accessible only by stairs. There is a private parking on-site.
Stunning sea view, overlooking Brač island, and a beautiful terrace are perfect features of this holiday residence. Enjoy your mornings watching sunrises or nights enjoying in colorful sunsets! Nemira is a quiet village in a bay located on the Omis Riviera between the cities of Split and Makarska. Nemira is located 3.5 km from the popular town of Omis in the direction of Dubrovnik. Far from the city bustle and dense development of houses, you will spend a quiet holiday in the resort of Nemira and enjoy the clear clear water and the shade of pine groves.
