Adria Haus is my dream-house! We finished it in 2019 May. Planning the apartments I thought on people like me and my husband - what we always have been looking for when we travelled. So we created big spaces, each apartment has a view, we have our own fitness room and mediterranean herbs and spices all around the house. During the construction time, in the last 2,5 years I collected slowly all the furnitures, ideas and decoration. As I am travelling a lot across Europe, I always bought something. The interior is a mix of everything - scandinavian, italian, austrian, mediterranean styles - I guess in a good harmony. We have lots of design furnitures (Bretz, Kare, Joka, etc) Each apartment has a theme: The sea apartment is blue-blue, I was playing with colours of water element. The olive apartment I furnished up with the colours of earth element. In the sunset apartment I used the colours of the fire element. Our guests loved their stay and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises & sunsets from the terrace!

I'm a yoga teacher and fitness instructor. During the summer season I'm working in a private marina "Frapa" as a yoga teacher and sport animator. In the winter I live in Austria, Baden bei Wien. I was born in Serbia, but I am hungarian. My husband is an airbrush artist and his passion are restoring muscle cars and building hotrods. Knud was born in Austria, has a typical austrian mixed routes. We both have spent our summers on the dalmatian coasts as kids and probably there is our love for Dalmatia and Adriatic Sea routed. In the last 16 years, since we are together we dreamed about to have our own house here. And you know, when you really wish something, you get the chances. We are located in Zecevo - Rogoznica. It's the newest part of Rogoznica. We are higher, that's why we have this breathtaking view from each apartment! But it's just 500 meters to the beach - which is all along the shore and you can choose the different beach styles for you! Around our house are woods, it's not aloved to build constructions, so it't really quiet and peaceful here. We have several mountain bikes routes around, it't beautiful to ride around and enjoy the fresh air, nature and panorama. If you like to visit the old towns around, Sibenik is 21km, Primosten 5km, Trogir 25km and Split 40km from us. You can book several boat trips to Krka falls or to the many small islands around.
