Apartment is situated in strong center of Omiš, encompasses the entire (3rd) top floor of the house and has a separate entrance so you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. There are: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, comfort living room (with sofa bed for 2 additional persons), kitchen with full equipment, toilet, balcony with nice see view (25 square meters), Wi-Fi, Air condition, Essentials, SatTV, Washer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Freezer, Iron, Hairdryer (all included in the price). Object doesn’t have own parking place because is located in old town center, but You have secure free public parking in around 400 meters from apartment. Apartment can bi comfortably accommodated eg. 4 adults and 2 children. All events (cultural, entertainment, sports, recreation, etc.) take place in the immediate vicinity of the object. There, in just 4-5 minutes walk you’ll find: a large sandy beach suitable for children and non-swimmers, great restaurants, bars, taverns, markets, shops, pharmacy, hospital (emergency), bank, post office, currency exchange, local bus station, harbor of excursion boats.

Hi, we are Rozarija (Ruža) & Mario, retired but still with enough living energy. My wife and me are very openminded people, with sense of hospitality and new friendships. One of the things which makes us feel lucky is to live in such a beautiful corner of the world - Omiš. We are always glad to share it with our guests, tourists and friends. We would love to see you in our home too. We are confident that you will be very happy to stay with us. We live on the 2nd floor of the same building. During your stay with us we will not bother you or disturb you, but we will do our best to make you feel like at your own home. For all questions, information or assistance we are at your disposal at any time of day or night. For it's enough just to ring at our door. We are the parents of three beautiful daughters and have six grandchildren. They do not live with us, but sometimes they come to us and then fill us completely. They are our pride, our happiness.

The evidences of proud and turbulent Omis history can be found on every corner of the Riviera. Ancient town of Omis, churches and fortresses are silent stone reminders of the power and the might of infamous Omis pirates. Cetina River and it's canyon, nearby mountain and islands form the landscape of extraordinary beauty. The apartment is located in the center town between the two busiest city streets. In that part of the street there is no traffic at all, so there is no danger to children. At your fingertips, almost all life in the city takes place within 400 m. Beach, shops, markets, post office, bank, restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, pastry shops, various stalls, souvenirs, ice cream, church, all events, pirate battle, Dalmatian klapa festival, various summer parties, boat excursions to islands and through the Cetina river, the bus station, are also located in the same area. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet because it is far enough from both the main street, which is not the case with 90% of the apartments of other owners in the city center. In such an urban environment the car can only be parked in a public car park.
