Asia 2 is luxury newly renovated place with a sea view and a nice balcony/terrace. It s renovated in 2022. and ready to rent. Asia 2 is located in quiet neighborhood which is perfect for vacation and resting with a beach right across the street, great restaurant next door, a market also across the street. Rijeka city center is 5km away, Opatija is 6,5km away. Asia 2 has 2 bedrooms with big sized beds, 1 bathroom, dining room, kitchen, living room with one big sofa for 2 people. It is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, coffe and tea, sheets, blankets, towels, big TV, WiFi, air conditioning, Netflix on TV etc.. Luxury Asia 2 is located 5-7 min from city center, 7 min from Opatija, 3 min from shopping centar “ZTC”, 15 min from shopping center “Tower Center Rijeka”, 7 min from “Slatina” shopping center. Closest airport is 30km away Closest beach is across the street Closest maket is building next to the Asia 2
