Apartment Bonaca for 4 persons in a small quiet place Rovanjska near Zadar. New and tidy apartments. The apartment is in a house built in 2021. and is located 350 meters from the spacious beach. Beautiful view from the spacious terrace of the sea and the surrounding greenery. Located in a quiet part of town. Most suitable for families with children and all who enjoy a peaceful vacation. The apartment is about 42m2 + private terrace of 11 m2 and consists of bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with the best view in the world. Possibility of placing a portable crib for children. The terrace is facing the sea and from it you can watch the beautiful sunset in the evening, and it is in the shade all day until about 4-5 pm so you can have your morning coffee and have lunch in the shade ☕️

The house is located in a quiet area full of greenery, with only a few houses nearby. There are no major roads nearby, just one small low-traffic road leading to the beach and the rest of the resort. The view from the terrace extends to the sea, the mountain and the surrounding greenery. Within 5 minutes walk from the apartment there is a children's playground, parking and beach bar. The perfect place for someone who wants to relax and listen to the birds. Close to the Paklenica National Park (10 km), the Zrmanja canyon (15 km), the city of Zadar (30 km) and many places ideal for day trips and adventures. The village has 2 restaurants, two bakeries and 2 shops, all within 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Along the coast there are 3 cafes at a distance of between 5 and 10 minutes walk. Along the coast there are beaches that are in the thick shade of pine trees, those that are partially in the shade and those that are mostly in the sun. The beaches are spacious so you can find a place for a towel at any time of summer.
