Apartment MM opened its doors in March 2023. This newly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building in the Plokite neighborhood of Split. We place special emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. All textiles used (towels, bed linens, kitchen cloths) are made of high-quality cotton, washed at 90 degrees, and ironed at high temperatures. For washing, we use natural fabric softeners with local Croatian essential oils. After each guest's stay, the apartment is thoroughly disinfect, and the floors are cleaned with a steam cleaner, removing 99.99% of common viruses and bacteria. Antiseptics are available in the apartment free of charge. The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for our guests: Dishwasher (free detergent tablets provided) Walk-in shower with volcanic stones for foot massage Walk-in closet Plasma TV with channels Aroma diffuser King-size bed (200 cm x 160 cm) 23 cm thick anatomical mattress Convertible corner sofa Oven Refrigerator with freezer Induction cooktop Electric kettle Toaster Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning Safe Security door... Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a local market offering a wide range of fresh local produce, fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. There is a large, free public parking lot around the building, making your stay even more convenient. The city center and the nearest beaches are a 20-25 minute walk away.
