We speak german, italian, portugese, bulgarian and english. We are new renters, after having spent quite some time renovating and improving our large estate we are finally ready to invite you for a perfect vacation. We will always be available to help you with anything you might require (we also offer a transport from the airport in case you need it!).

Property information

Our property is large and spacious with a lot of private parking spaces. The house is completely closed off so you can enjoy your privacy in peace. The gardens are meticulously maintained and full of wonderful flowers. The front side includes a barbecue area and huge patio for you to enjoy your meal on. The back side of the property is where we hide all our gems. The spacious backside features a large unique bio pool made to look like a small lake, completely surrounded by natural grass carpet so you will feel like you are actually laying on the banks of a dreamy lake. Did we also mention that the pool features unique rocks that seep air bubbles? It is truly a sight to behold and all yours to enjoy. The wellness area is a cozy little house located right next to the pool. It features a large hot tub, sauna and a general wellness area. Perfect place to relax and forget about the worries of your life. But enjoying your summer doesn't mean you have to stop being active, for that purpose we built a brand new gym with all the bells and whistles. We live in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, one can say it is truly a perfect location. The city center is only 10 minutes away while here you can enjoy absolute quiet and privacy.
