We are a family that looks forward to your arrival, we give equal attention to every guest. We are always available for your questions and advice. We stand out because we provide children’s safety with a safe and carefree stay in the apartments. Kids can play in playground and for younger kids one pool have separate section.

Property information

Apartments Julijana consist 8 accommodation units that can accommodate 40 people. The facility consists two pools, the first pool is 5x11meters in size, while the second heated pool is 8x4meter in size. Apartments have free private parking. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, Wi-fi, children's playground, bicycle rack, 30 sun loungers. Apartments Julijana takes a lot of care for the house rules, so we ask our guests to adhere to the stated rules. After 23:00, we do not tolerate making noise and disturbing other guests. The facility is intended for family tourism, it is not suitable for younger groups of people who want to have fun. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we are obliged to cancel the reservation without refund.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighborhood is quiet but yet close to the center and beaches. Closest beach is 300m far away. Guest can go in bakery, butcher shop, local market, restoraunt and post office. 2km from us is the an island Vir and 3km from us is the oldest Croatian city..city of Nin, Zadar is 20 minutes away with a car.
