Kuća je sa južne strane ceste 30m do mora. Do plaže vodi privatna cesta. Na samoj plaži nalazi se natkriven stol sa klupama te su na raspolaganju ležaljke. U objektu je dozvoljen boravak kućnih ljubimaca koji se naplaćuje 7 eura po noći.
Doček dobrodošlice uz kavu ili piće po želji. Upoznavanje o kućnom redu i pravilima objekta.
Blizina nacionalnog parka Paklenica, poučne staze, planinarenje, rafting na Zrmanji, penjanje s opremom na liticama Paklenice. Šetnica uz more do Večke kule. Objekt se nalazi 10 minuta hoda do centra gdje se nalazi super market, caffe bar i mala tržnica sa voćem i povrćem.
