Property information

House is situated in a peaceful place called Okrug Donji. A very clean beach is just couple of steps away (60 m). A city of Trogir (UNESCO world heritage) is 8 km away. There are three floors of the house, on each floor there is one studio apartment with it's own terrace. Each apartment has one queen size bed, one sofa, a kitchen with dinning table and it's own bathroom. Apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor have beautiful terrace with the amazing view on more than ten islands. Apartments on the ground floor and 1st floor have natural stone wall that keeps the temperature cool.

The neighborhood is peaceful and calm, with clean coastal beaches near the house. The closest market is 1km away.
