Our house is situated in Ivan Dolac on the southern coast of Island Hvar. It is peaceful and quite place with pine wood, suitable for those who are looking for rest. There are many pebble beaches, three restaurants, grocery store and bakery. The house is placed very close to the beach (50m). The street is quite and there almost isn't any traffic.

We can arrange a fishing trip with my boat and I can cook you a dinner sometimes on the grill if you are interested.
Ivan Dolac is small and unique place for holidays. We are all connected and know each other so the atmosphere is friendly and cheerful in the whole village. Apartments Arboreum are situated on the west side of Ivan Dolac. Every house is in shade because of a wonderful pine tree forest that goes through and surrounds Ivan Dolac. Our street is quite and peaceful with minimum traffic.
