Plaza Apartments are located in the very center of Opatija, in the immediate vicinity of Slatina beach, the famous Opatija promenade - Lungomare, as well as numerous other historical sights of Opatija. They are located in a historic building from the 19th century, which was completely restored in 2021. Plaza Apartments are a perfect combination of historical architecture and contemporary design that captivates with its simplicity and charm.
It contains 15 apartments ranging in size from 30m2 to 117m2 decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture and parquet floors. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and bedroom, bathrooms with walk-in showers, ultra-fast internet, Smart TV with Netflix and IP TV. The bathrooms have underfloor heating, while the other rooms have air conditioning.
Private parking next to the building is available on request
