House Anna is situated in Fuskulin, just 3,5 km from vacation center Zelena Laguna with its many beaches, sports and entertainment possibilities and just 8 km from Poreč. There is also the biggest aquapark in Croatia. A restaurant and a small alimentary store are just 100 m from the house. It is situated on the margin of the village, on a 400 m2 fenced land plot with a beautiful sea view to enjoy the sunsets. House Anna consists of 2 separate units (apartments), 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor can host 2-4 persons, the one on the first floor 4-6 persons. Both apartments are fully equipped and functional so guests can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The upper floor balcony is big enough and has a big dining table which can be extended, therefore enabling all the guests to sit together if they like. The owner doesn't live in the same house so the guests can enjoy a really quiet and peaceful vacation. Both apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi access included in the price. The parking is in the gated yard.
Since their retirement, Ana and Djani have been managing the house. Their son and daughter Ivan and Martina occasionally help with the cleaning, booking, communication with the guests or any other needs that might arise. Together, they've been trying to provide a peaceful and relaxing place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
The city of Poreč which is one of the most popular places for vacation in Croatia is only 8km away.
