The two-room apartment is located next to the Zagreb Arena, in the close range of all important facilities; shopping center, grocery stores and next to main roads for easy access by car. There is a bus stop nearby, which takes 10-15 minutes to the city center or in the other direction, towards other amenities of New Zagreb.
The apartment is a modern new building, luxuriously equipped with all appliances and, if necessary, a baby cot. It has a spacious balcony facing NW. It is located on the last floor of the building and offers a view of the city. An outdoor parking space with a separate ramp is provided.
The apartment is available from 16.12.2022.

It is a peaceful neighborhood, still near the popular places in Zagreb to eat, go for a great shopping or use playgrounds for kids.
