Newly decorated, modernly equipped apartment with a private pool for 4-6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms equipped with showers. One bedroom and living room have direct access to a large terrace with a private pool (36 m2), sun loungers, a dining table and seating furniture. Included in the rental price are wi-fi, bed linen, towels and parking inside the yard. Pets are welcome. Spend your vacation with friends or family on a quiet location and enjoy the green surroundings of the Istrian landscape. The nearest beach is 20 km away (Vrsar, Poreč, Rovinj) There are many cycling trails in the vicinity, which connect with each other picturesque Istrian towns, olive and vineyards.

Apartment Kata is located in a small place Radetići near St. Lovrec. Sveti Lovreč is a small town, located only 15 km from the center of Porec and 7 km from the sea in Lim Channel. There are post office, market, restaurant, pizzeria and bar. It is famous for its old medieval walls, good wine and olive oils. Famous stone Istrian towns like Tinjan and Kanfanar are located close to the apartment.
