Apartment Lorenzo offers you an apartment itself (180m2), 4 outdoor seating areas surrounded by patio, garden and greenery (200m2), outdoor self-standing grill-house, 2 private parking spaces and 2 bicycles (for free).
Apartment Lorenzo has got a huge shaded terrace (34m2), a garden (800m2), a paved yard (70m2), 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom= double bed+view to the Cathedral of St.Lawrence, 2nd bedroom=double bed+1 single bed+ exit to the terrace, 3rd bedroom= double bed+ view to the garden), long hallway, 1 bathroom ( bathtub, brand new washing machine, hair dryer, free toiletries...), an excercise/ childrens' playroom, a spacious living room (TV Sat, Air Conditioning, stereo...), a brand new kitchen (a dish washer, a kettle, an oven, a toster, a coffee machine, an electric juicer...), a garage and self-standing grill-house.
There is a fan in each bedroom and electric mosquito repellent :)
