The tranquil and private Apartment Lui is located in the most beautiful suburbs of Opatija, - Icici. This 2 bedroom Apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building. The vacation house has a shared rooftop swimming pool which is a great attraction for every guest of ours. The flat has a private and fenced garden with outdoor furniture, where you can relax, sunbath, breakfast in peace. Lots of daylight throughout the interior and garden as well.
The most friendly host ever!
-The Apartment is located slight uphill from Icici beach, the most beautiful suburbs of Opatija. Due to the location, this area is very peaceful and offers breathtaking sea views. - especially from the common rooftop swimming pool of the building. There you can enjoy your sunbed and cold drinks, sunbath... go for a swim whilst watching the panoramic sea view over the Kvarner bay. This flat is perfect for people who are seeking privacy, tranquility, modern-homely comfort. In addition, Opatija is a perfect midpoint from which you can explore famous attractions of Istria and Kvarner. Must-see sightseeing spots like Rovinj, Motovun, Pula etc. are reachable within an hour by car.
