The apartment is located in the first row to the sea, and there are four more apartments in the house. The owners are me and my son Milan. The apartments offer a panoramic view from the rooms and the terrace. You can access a private beach that is used only by guests of these five apartments.The area we are in is called Podstine, and it is located near the hotel of the same name, Podstine. It is peaceful and beautiful here, with the sound of birds chirping, no traffic, and truly a joy for the body and soul. Cars are parked above the house in our private parking lot, and you can walk directly from the apartment to the beach. The store and a restaurant Primi Piatti are about 200 meters from us, and the restaurant and lounge bar Falco is a minute away by boat or a 10-minute walk.
