The Sun & Sea House is located on the terraced slopes with beautiful views of Kvarner. It is located in an old stone house that combines elements of old rural architecture and modern design with accents of art ceramics, photographs and sculptures. Just 7 minutes drive away from Opatija and offer the opportunity to enjoy the sea and in an excellent gastronomic offer. Located in small place Rukavac on the edge of the forest area, it offers peace, quiet, enjoying a large garden with swimming pool, terrace away from city noise and heat. Close to large tennis courts, just a few minutes walk. The location on the promenades and bicycle trails gives guests the opportunity to engage in active recreation. Accommodation near important traffic routes offers the possibility of excursions to the national park Plitvice Lakes, Postojna Jama, Ucka, Kvarner islands of Cres, Pag, summer party destination Zrce ....
